Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist located in Kernersville, NC. This position will respond to customer requests and maintain strong relationships with the independent contractors that fulfill job assignments. This role also provides administrative assistance and ensures smooth operations of scheduling processes on a daily basis.
You are right for this job if you don't hesitate in taking ownership and resolving problems. Added bonus to the candidate who has used technology to help them prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.
